Telepsychiatry offers convenient access, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your private space using a phone, tablet, or computer. This eliminates the need to travel to and from an office, saving valuable time in your busy schedule.

The main services provided will include diagnosis determination, psycho-education (understanding the diagnosis), and medication management (if appropriate). Some talk therapy may be incorporated into follow up appointments. However, stand alone therapy sessions are not provided at this time. If the addition of therapy is a necessary component to your treatment plan, we will discuss options and referrals can be provided if needed.

This practice does not provide emergency services. Anyone who feels they need immediate care should call 911 or go to a local emergency department.

Law prohibits this practice from prescribing Schedule II controlled substances. This includes stimulant medications (e.g. Adderall, Ritalin, Focalin, Concerta, Vyvanse). These are medications primarily utilized in the treatment of ADHD. There are alternative non-stimulant medications available, if you have interest.

Yes. Because we operate a technology based practice, you should have access to an electronic device (phone, tablet, laptop or computer) from which you can complete a video based visit. This means your device should have both video and audio capabilities. You should also have access to quality internet with bandwidth to support video transmission.

All appointments can be scheduled online. This allows you to choose a date and time that works best for you. Once confirmed, a process of data collection will begin. This provides the ability to communicate with you and obtain information like personal history and details about your present concerns. You will need to have all information completed before your first visit. All communication is HIPAA compliant. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to contact the office.
